- Vehicle description: certain heavy duty trucks fail to comply with requirements of FMVSS no. 108, "lamps, reflective devices, and associated equipment." the headlamp assemblies have the bulb identification for the low and high beam reversed on the front lens.
- Consequence
- The headlight assemblies do not meet the requirements of the standard.
- Remedy
- Owners will be provided with a correct label, along with installation instructions.
