1. What this site is
AnyRecalls organises the US National Highway Traffic Safety Administration's public vehicle recall and complaint data by make, model and year. It is for general information only. Recalls are listed for a make, model and year, and the site cannot tell you whether a recall applies to a particular vehicle or whether it has been repaired: check the vehicle's VIN with NHTSA or the manufacturer for that. "No recalls found" means none were found in NHTSA's data as of the date shown, not that a vehicle has no recalls. Don't rely on this site alone for any decision about a vehicle's safety.
2. Not professional advice
Nothing on this site is professional advice of any kind (legal, financial, tax, medical or otherwise), and using it creates no professional relationship. Consult a qualified professional before acting on anything you read here.
3. Accuracy
We make a genuine effort to keep information current and clearly sourced, but we make no warranty that it is accurate, complete or up to date. Information from third-party sources may be delayed, unavailable or wrong. See our corrections page to report an error.
4. No affiliation
AnyRecalls is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, the US Department of Transportation, or any vehicle manufacturer, dealer or brand it covers. All trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify vehicles.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape or systematically extract content at a rate that degrades the service for others.
- Interfere with, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure.
- Use the site in any way that violates applicable law.
6. Intellectual property
The site's original text, design and code belong to Donny West unless otherwise noted. Third-party content is used under its own licence and attributed where it appears.
