- Vehicle description: van conversions built on Dodge b-vans. The mounting bracket for the driver side aluminum running board may be too close to the gas tank and could puncture the tank under certain crash conditions.
- Consequence
- This could increase the risk of fire or explosion.
- Remedy
- Dealers will replace the driver side running board brackets.
- Notes
- Owner notification is expected to begin November 15, 2000.
