- Summary
- On certain fifth wheel trailers, the liquid propane (lp) gas supply hose at the refrigerator was incorrectly positioned resulting in insufficient clearance between the supply hose and the refrigerator burner box/return line assembly.
- Consequence
- Heat from the burner box/return line assembly could cause damage to the lp gas hose. This damage could lead to failure of the hose resulting in a fire or personal injury.
- Remedy
- Dealers will inspect and, if necessary, reposition and secure the hose. Owner notification began on June 4, 2004. Owners should contact carriage at 1-800-895-0108.
