Continuous overloading or side loading of the booms could cause the lower boom to crack near the lower boom pivot.

Summary: Altec is recalling certain model year 1993-2004 AA755 and AA755L vehicles. Continuous overloading or side loading of the booms could cause the lower boom to crack near the lower boom pivot.
Consequence: Continued use could cause the boom to fail, increasing the risk of injury to people or property below.
Remedy: Altec will notify owners, and provide aa boom stiffener kit. The safety recall began on April 20, 2012. Owners may contact altec at 1-877-462-5832.
