When extended, the cab tilt hydraulic cylinder that is used to raise and lower the cab for maintenance and inspection could come apart, allowing the entire cab to fall forward.

- Kalmar Solutions, LLC (Kalmar) is recalling certain 2022 Ottawa T2 vehicles. When extended, the cab tilt hydraulic cylinder that is used to raise and lower the cab for maintenance and inspection could come apart, allowing the entire cab to fall forward.
- Consequence
- A cab that falls forward increases the risk of injury to anyone standing in front of the cab.
- Remedy
- Dealers will replace the cab tilt cylinder, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed April 20, 2023. Owners may contact Kalmar customer service at 1-785-229-6327.
