The rear liftgate may have been installed without a U-bolt on the driver and passenger side, which can allow the liftgate to fall to the ground when loaded.

- Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2011, 2016-2019, 2021-2024 Rockport Work Trucks. The rear liftgate may have been installed without a U-bolt on the driver and passenger side, which can allow the liftgate to fall to the ground when loaded.
- Consequence
- A liftgate that falls unexpectedly increases the risk of injury.
- Remedy
- Dealers will inspect and replace the U-bolts, as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed May 17, 2024. Owners may contact Forest River Customer Service at 1-574-522-7599. Forest River's number for this recall is 65-1700.
