- Summary
- Endera Motors (Endera) is recalling certain 2024-2026 Shuttle transit buses equipped with wheel chair restraint retractors. The retractors may not lock, preventing the wheelchair from being properly secured.
- Consequence
- An unlocked wheelchair can move during transit or during a crash, increasing the risk of injury.
- Remedy
- Dealers will inspect and replace the retractors as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed November 21, 2025. Owners may contact Endera customer service at 419-523-3593.
