Notes: Possibility pintle hook assembly im- properly heat treated at time of manufacture.could lead to frac- ture of hook horn when trailer is used as lead unit in train operation.such fracture could result in follow trailer separating from lead trailer and losing control.(correct by replacing pintle hook assembly.)
