Notes: Amf/Harley Davidson campaign no 655.POSSIBILITY that a forging at the upperframe junction was replaced by a weldment.the tubes were then butt welded tothis peice.this condition could cause cracking of the tubes near the weld,and could result in frame breakage resulting in poor handling.(correct byinspecting and installing braces to reinforce frame).
