Notes: Rupp industries Inc campaign no n/A.3-wheel motorcycle built AUG.20, 1974THRU OCT.3, 1974.POSSIBILITY that some master brake cylinders (1) weremanufactured with a residual pressure valve.the residual pressure valve mayhave trapped air which might cause over heating of the brake caliper assembly.(2) were manufactured with a cylinder cup of insufficient diameter.this sizecup will not affect proper seal against brake fluid.(3) contained foreignmatter within the cylinder.the foreign matter could lodge on the cup lip,causing physical damage to the cylinder cup.if any of the problems exist,complete brake failure could result.(correct by replacing master cylinder andcleaning brake lines).
