Notes: Mack campaign no SC075.TRUCKS.POSSIBILITY that a faulty weld in attachingthe tubular upper section of the steering shaft to the solid lower section.failure of this weld allows internal separation of the steering shaft withresultant complete loss of steering control.this could result in loss ofvehicle control without warning to the driver.(correct by inspecting andreplacing upper steering shaft with improved material).
