Summary: The involved vehicles were not equipped with rear side reflectors, rear side marker lamps, front and rear clearance lamps and rear identification lamps. This constitutes a non-compliance to federal motor vehicle safety standard no. 108, "lamps, reflective devices, and associated equipment".
Remedy: The necessary lamps will be installed to meet the requirements of the standard, without charge to owner.
