Summary: The steering wheel may have been assembled with steering wheel retention fasteners that were not sufficiently tightened. The steering wheel could become loose and separate from the steering wheel hub.
Remedy: Dealer will replace the steering wheel hub and properly secure with new fasteners without charge to owner.
