- Remedy
- The dealer will inspect and reweld those axle perches with insufficient welds, so that weld material extends completely to the edge of the perch. This will be done at no cost to owner.

- Vehicle description: tractor/truck.system: suspension; tandem axle, rear.consequences of defect: a broken perch could cause loss of the axle, loss ofvehicle control, and an accident.
