Summary: The front wheel support cradle may separate from the sliding tube due to a weak weld. As a result, the front wheel could rotate in an unstable way and possibly separate from the front fork.
Remedy: The dealer will replace the right and left fork halves on all involved vehicles at no cost to owner.
