- The involved vehicles do not conform to federal motor vehicle safety standard no. 108, "lamps, reflective devices, and associated equipment". Also, potential overloading of the vehicle may occur due to inadequate axle springs which would not properly equip the vehicle for highway driving.
- Remedy
- Dealer will inspect and provide the proper certification labels and upgrade the axle springs at no cost to owner. Rear lighting and reflectors will be checked and corrected, if necessary.
