Remedy: Vehicles will be inspected and all par-grip fittings will be replaced at no cost to owner.
Notes: Vehicle description: heavy trucks.system: air brakes; hoses equipped with par-grip fittings manufactured byparker hannifin corp.consequences of defect: hoses may separate at the air connections causing brakemalfunction or lock up. Loss of vehicle control may occur and an accident couldresult.
