Summary: Lockwashers were not installed on the bolts that attach the seat sliding track assembly to the lower frame member. Consequence of defect: omission of lockwashers on attaching bolts could cause seats to loosen from vibration, with the potential to cause injury to occupants.
Remedy: Inspect and install lockwashers on all attaching bolts.
