- Summary
- The center bracket, one of the three used to hold the grab handle in place, contains a rivet which may not be properly align. This allows a small gap to exist between the rivet head and the bracket. Consequence of defect: a ring on a finger could be caught in the gap and result in personal injury to a person getting out or into the cab.
- Remedy
- Remove the rivet on each center bracket.
