The flexible oil hoses for the engine oil radiator could leak engine oil due to insufficient clamping of the metal connectors to flexible portion of oil hose.

Summary: The flexible oil hoses for the engine oil radiator could leak engine oil due to insufficient clamping of the metal connectors to flexible portion of oil hose. Consequence of defect: lack of lubrication could cause severe engine damage; oil leakage could result in an engine fire.
Remedy: Replace lower and upper hoses connecting engine oil radiator with improved hoses. Also, update oil pressure regulating valve assembly.
