Summary: Stationary rear windows instead of emergency exit type were installed. Also, drivers door as an emergency exit, was not properly identified and labeled.
Consequence: Buses do not comply with FMVSS 217.
Remedy: Install emergency exit type window in rear of bus. Install emergency exit labeling for drivers door.
