Summary: Mounting brackets used to attach the spare tire carrier assembly to the trailer frame may fail.
Consequence: Failure of the mounting bracket results in the spare tireassembly separating from the trailer and causing the spare tire to fall off,creating a road hazard which may result in vehicle crash.
Remedy: Replace brackets with modified brackets.
