Summary: Cable portion of safety belt assembly (female receptacle mounted inboard on left hand side, driver's side, in crew cab jump area) has been twisted.
Consequence: Twisting cable reduces its holding capacity and safety bolt could fail in a crash, increasing the potential for injury to occupant.
Remedy: Replace safety belt assembly.
