Summary: Safety belt anchorages did not meet load requirements of FMVSS 222.
Consequence: Buses would not comply with FMVSS 222; passengers in the affected rear areas of the school bus might not be sufficiently restrained in the event of a sudden impact or accident, which might result in more extensive injury.
Remedy: Add a .25 inch to 1.5 inch strap to two rearmost seats.
