- Consequence
- Under severe conditions, such as extreme impact to the modular box or a rollover, doors could separate from the pin and open; this would allow occupants to be expelled from ambulance if not secured by safety belts.
- Remedy
- Install new striker pins that meet FMVSS 206 requirements.
