Summary: The connector half of the safety belt is not long enough to accommodate a 95th percentile adult male.
Consequence: Nonuse of the safety belt would increase the risk andseverity of injury in a sudden stop or accident; also, trucks would not complywith FMVSS 209.
Remedy: Replace short safety belt connector with connectors long enough to comply with standard.
