Fuel filler and vent hose came off during FMVSS 301 compliance test.

Summary: Fuel filler and vent hose came off during FMVSS 301 compliance test.
Consequence: Separation of fuel filler and vent hose from fuel tankcauses fuel to spill from the fuel tank. The spilled fuel could catch fire nearan ignition source; vehicle would not comply with FMVSS 301.
Remedy: Tighten the clamps holding the hoses to the tank and the fuel filler tube.
