Summary: The rear seat safety belt anchorage failed to sustain the loads required by FMVSS 210. Safety belts are anchored to a bar attached to the floor of the vehicle.
Consequence: Occupants of seats with unsafe belts have increased riskof injury in the event of a sudden stop or vehicle accident.
Remedy: Replace the floor mounted safety belt anchorage with a frame mounted assembly.
