Summary: Some of the brake linkage bellcrank end nuts are non-locking nuts, and can loosen in service.
Consequence: The brake linkage can become disconnected, causing lossof service brakes which could result in an accident.
Remedy: Replace any non-locking bellcrank nuts with locking nuts.
