Summary: Washers were not installed on the passenger side retractor and outboard safety belt anchors. This does not meet the requirements of FMVSS no. 207, "seating systems," and FMVSS no. 210, "seat belt assembly anchorages."
Remedy: Dealers will install washers at both locations.
