- Some of the welds between the roof and roof side internal reinforcement panels do not meet the manufacturer's specifications.
- Consequence
- In a crash, there is a possibility of a partial separation of the roof panel flange sides, exposing an occupant to an increased risk of injury.
- Remedy
- Dealers will reinforce the roof flange with structural fasteners.
