Summary: A spacer was omitted at the lower seat belt anchor point of the driver and front passenger seat.
Consequence: The missing spacer can cause the seat belt anchor system to fail in the event of a crash increasing the risk of personal injury and/or property damage.
Remedy: Dealers will install the seat belt anchor spacer.
