- Vehicle description: folding trailers. Improper tire clearance (less than 5/8") between the wheel and front frame cross member can result in the tire rubbing the metal frame.
- Consequence
- A loss of tire tread, overheating, and possible tire failure could occur.
- Remedy
- Dealers will inspect the trailers and correct tire clearance.
- Notes
- Owner notification began may 17, 1999. Owners who take their vehicles to an authorized dealer on an agreed upon service date and do not receive the free remedy within a reasonable time should contact fleetwood folding trailer at 1-814-445-9661.
