Summary: The filler caps which have relief pressure valves incorporated may allow pressure build-up in the gas tank. This pressure may be greater than the closing pressure of the float valve in the carburetor, which could cause overflooding.
Remedy: Dealer will modify the gas cap to prevent pressure build-up, at no cost to the owner.
