Summary: Vehicle description: flat bed, model 898465B 3-wheel on-road vehicles. A hub washer was improperly manufactured and could deform when the hardware securing the hub is tightened.
Consequence: This could allow the axle nut to loosen, resulting in oil leaking out of the splines of the axle and/or axle failure.
Remedy: Dealers will replace the hub washer.
