Parking brake

Summary: The involved vehicles have "command kits" which automatically set the parking brakes during refuse loading. If power is lost due to a blown fuse or the ignition switch is turned off, the parking brakes would be released.
Remedy: The command system control circuit will be modified so that a loss of electrical power for any reason will not cause the parking brakes to be released.
