Summary: One or more of the hex head bolts used in a number of places, as well as to secure the tongue to the frame, may not be of the grade 5 strength required. Consequence of defect: trailer tongue could separate from the trailer frame and result in serious property damage or injury.
Remedy: Replace bolts with those of the proper strength.
