Summary: Vehicle description: buses built on a Chevrolet gmt 600 cutaway chassis with a granning tag axle added. When the wheels were installed on the tag axle, the retaining ring that goes between the wheel and the lug nuts was inadvertently left off.
Consequence: These rings provide the dished surface for the flared nuts to contact.
Remedy: Owners will be provided with two retainer rings with installation instructions.
