Summary: Metal formed ends of seat belt anchorage bar may be cracked.
Consequence: Seat belt anchorages would not sustain seat belt loads ina crash, increasing the risk of injury to the occupant.
Remedy: Replace top plate weldment, including seat belt anchorage bar, on seat pedestals.
