Summary: Foretravel, Inc. (Foretravel) is recalling certain 2020 IC-37 vehicles equipped with a Multiplex G9 circuit unit used for controlling equipment and accessories in the motorhome. Excessive voltage may cause the components on the circuit board to become damaged.
Consequence: A damaged circuit board may overheat, and increase the risk of a fire.
Remedy: Dealers will add a circuit protection module to the existing component board, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed June 18, 2024. Owners may contact Foretravel customer service at 1-800-955-6226.

Summary: Foretravel, Inc. (Foretravel) is recalling certain 2020-2022 iH-45, Realm FS605, Realm FS450, and iC-37 recreational vehicles equipped with Hehr 6400 Series windows. The adhesive that bonds the vented portion of the window may fail.
Consequence: Adhesive failure may cause the vent portion of the window to detach, increasing the risk of a crash or injury.
Remedy: Dealers will inspect the windows, and replace the vent if necessary, free of charge. Owners may contact Foretravel customer service at 1-800-9556226.

Summary: Foretravel, Inc. is recalling certain 2020 iC-37 motorhomes equipped with Xantrex Inverters which have an internal ground neutral bond. The vehicles were also wired with an additional external ground neutral bond. Having more than one ground/neutral bond in a system creates the possibility of electrical shock when making contact with the metal surfaces of the coach.
Consequence: An electrical shock can increase the risk of injury.
Remedy: All of the affected units have been remedied and owner notification letters will not be sent. Owners may contact Foretravel customer service at 1-800-955-6226.
