Summary: The 2nd and 6th high pressure fuel injection lines may crack due to engine vibration. Consequence of defect: diesel fuel could be sprayed on a hot exhaust manifold which could result in a fire.
Remedy: Replace 2nd and 6th fuel injection lines and install a support bracket for both lines.
