Summary: On certain ambulances, the seat belt anchors for the squad bench could pull out from the wall.
Consequence: Seat occupant may not be properly restrained in an event of a crash.
Remedy: Dealers will install steel plates to reinforce the seat belt anchors. Owners should contact medtec at 1-574-534-2631.
