Summary: Pierce Manufacturing (Pierce) is recalling certain 2015-2026 Arrow XT, Enforcer, Impel, and Velocity 107’ ladder and 110’ platform aerial firetrucks equipped with a single rear axle. The firm-on-ground system light may remain illuminated after the rear stabilizer loses contact with the ground.
Consequence: A false firm-on-ground indicator light may lead to using the aerial device when the vehicle may shift during aerial operation, increasing the risk of injury.
Remedy: Pierce will provide instructions on how to update the vehicle software and perform an aerial device functional check, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed April 29, 2026. Owners may contact Pierce customer service at 1-888-974-3723.

Summary: Pierce Manufacturing (Pierce) is recalling certain 2023-2024 Enforcer, Quantum, and Velocity fire trucks. The tires mounted on the front steer axles are incompatible with the wheels. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 120, "Wheels and Rims - Other Than Passenger Cars."
Consequence: The tires can separate from the wheels, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy: Pierce will supply new front steer axle wheel/tire assemblies and updated tire information labels, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed December 23, 2024. Owners may contact Pierce customer service at 1-888-974-3723.
