Summary: On certain conversion vans built on GMC express and Ford E-150 chassis with a glue-on only style raised roof, if the glue were to completely release, the raised roof can come off.
Consequence: This could result in a crash.
Remedy: Dealers will install aluminum trim with screws to keep the roof from loosening. Owner notification is expected to begin during January or February 2004. Owners should contact quality at 1-800-373-6357.
