Due to improper hardware, the tag axle hub cap screws may loosen, resulting in wheel separation.

- Summary
- Prevost is recalling one model year 2010 X3-45 and one model year 2010 mth xlii-45E coach. Due to improper hardware, the tag axle hub cap screws may loosen, resulting in wheel separation.
- Consequence
- If this occurs, the driver may lose control of the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash. Also, a wayward wheel represents a road hazard to other road users.
- Remedy
- Prevost has replaced the tag axle hub cap screws in the affected vehicles. Therefore, owner notifications will not be mailed. Owners may contact prevost at 1-418-883-2888.
