Micro Bird G5 Transit Bus and T-Series Transit Bus

- Summary
- Corp. Micro Bird, Inc. (Micro Bird) is recalling certain 2024-2026 G5 and 2025 T-Series transit buses equipped with certain QRT-Deluxe and QRT-Max wheelchair restraints. The retractors may not lock, preventing the wheelchair from being properly secured.
- Consequence
- An unlocked wheelchair can move during transit or during a crash, increasing the risk of injury.
- Remedy
- Dealers will inspect and repair the retractors as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed December 8, 2025. Owners can contact Micro Bird Customer Service at 819-477-2012. Micro Bird's number for this recall is 25-117-QUC.
