Summary: Supreme is recalling 3,598 my 2006-2008 spartan ms and mi utility vehicles. The roof of the utility vehicles could dislodge while in use.
Consequence: Failure of the adhesive to secure the sub- assemblies of the body could allow the roof to come off while the vehicle is in motion, increasing the risk of serious injury or crash.
Remedy: Dealers will inspect and install fasteners to secure the individual sub-assemblies. The recall began on September 11, 2008. Owners may contact supreme at 1-574-642-4888.
