Remedy: Dealers will inspect each trailer to determine if the pin is hollow or solid. Hollow bar pins will be replaced with solid pins.

Summary: Vehicle description: 45' composite platform trailers having a gross vehicle weight rating greater than 35,000 pounds. The top and/or bottom flanges of the trailer's main beams do not meet material specifications.
Consequence: The flanges could break, increasing the risk of a vehicle crash or loss of control of the trailer.
Remedy: Dealers will repair these trailers.
