Summary: Retaining clip for link bolt that connects the brake/clutch pedal to the pushrod may loosen and fall off.
Consequence: Bolt may fall off assembly, leading to loss of control ofservice brakes with no warning, which could result in an accident.
Remedy: Install new design link bolt and split pin to prevent clip from loosening.
